One Time Sports Physicals for the school year of 2009 - 2010

Students entering 9^th through 12^th   grades will have their physical on June 3^rd.

Last names starting with A-K arrive at 5:15PM and L-Z arrive at 6:00PM.

Students entering 7^th and 8^th   grades will have their physical on June 4^th.

Last names starting with A-K arrive at 5:15PM and L-Z arrive at 6:00PM.

Paper work will be available in the High School and Elementary office and also on the web page (www.towandasd.org).    Physicals will not be done unless all paper work is completed. Checks can be made payable to TASD Athletic Dept. for $14.25.
